PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES

Originally written to commemorate the 70th anniversary of D-Day, the script and performance licence are available from resources4drama.

FIVE BEACHES SYNOPSIS

The lyrical verse transports the soldiers across the Channel. The approaches to Utah, Sword, Gold, and Juno beaches are depicted in sequences. The fifth sequence depicts Omaha, which includes the soldiers going onto the beach (welcome to hell). A final celebratory scene is included.
